We want you to love your Scarlett Cougar purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before ordering.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Digital downloads

• Any item showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

 

Return Process:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at [your email/contact form link] within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization.

2. Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.

3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

 

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive your return.

 

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
